Personal Use:
Our dolls are designed for personal use. Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we regret that we cannot support unreasonable return or exchange requests. We urge all customers to thoroughly review the product’s design, principles, structure, and material composition before purchasing. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge and accept these aspects.Receiving Inspection:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the product before signing. Once the doll is used, the manufacturer will not accept returns. If you notice any quality issues after receiving the product, please contact our customer service and sales team immediately for a solution. Returns or compensation will be considered based on the nature of the problem.Quality Issues Include:
- Doll skeleton is damaged, rendering the doll unusable.
- Requires secondary heat sealing treatment.
Solutions:
- Replacement Doll Compensation: A new replacement doll will be made and shipped to the customer. 50% of the shipping costs will be covered by the agent.
- Refund: A full refund will be issued to the agent/buyer. The agent must provide a refund receipt to the buyer. Once we receive the receipt, we will process the refund and cover 50% of the shipping costs.
Non-Quality Issues:
- Odor: TPE is a composite material and may have a slight plastic smell. This is not a quality defect. All materials used in our factory are safe and non-toxic. If you are concerned about the smell, we can provide a rubber sample for evaluation. The customer must pay for the shipping costs of this service.
- Design: The design of the product is not a valid reason for return.
- Unmet Expectations: Factory photos of the sex doll will be shared and confirmed with the customer before shipping. Commercial images are for reference only, and there may be differences due to lighting, angle, or location. Please refer to the factory photos of the doll.
- Usage Damage: Damage caused by improper use or normal wear and tear is not considered a quality issue. Minor damage caused by improper use can be repaired with glue. We will provide repair glue for free, but the customer must cover the shipping costs.
- Additional Features: Features such as heating, sound, and sex doll robots may be easily damaged during shipping or improper use. In such cases, due to high shipping costs, it may be difficult to provide repair services. We will refund the extra fees charged for these features to the agent/buyer.
- Staining: TPE and silicone materials are prone to staining. If staining occurs due to dark-colored clothing or other factors, it is not considered a quality issue. If staining occurs, we will provide stain remover cream for free with each order, but shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- Seam Line: Our products are made by combining two molds, forming a seam line. This line is a natural result of the manufacturing process and is not considered a quality issue.
- Shipping Damage: If the product is damaged during shipping, please coordinate with the freight agent for compensation.
After-Sales Support:
For non-quality issues, except for shipping damage, we are committed to maintaining a good working relationship with agents and upholding the brand’s and agents’ reputations. We will assist agents in resolving such issues.Disclaimer:
- Age Restriction: Due to the nature of adult products, use by individuals under the age of 18 and children is strictly prohibited.
- Proper Storage: After purchase, please store the product properly and keep it out of the reach of children. The company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper storage or children’s access to the product.
- Public Display: Do not display the doll naked in public places. Any negative consequences caused by such behavior will be the responsibility of the individual, and the company will not bear any responsibility.
- Disease Transmission: This product is for personal use. The company is not responsible for any disease transmission caused by private transfer, sale, or purchase of the product.
- Originality: The heads and bodies of all our products are created from the imagination of our sculptors, with no intention to infringe upon any characters. Any resemblance is purely coincidental.
- Responsible Disposal: If the product is no longer needed, please do not discard it in public areas.
- Use of Electronic Features: The company is not responsible for any accidental loss caused by improper use of electronic features (such as sound and heating).
